Upon discussing your pet’s unique health, behavioral and/or quality of life situation with your veterinarian and loved ones, if you have reached the difficult decision for humane euthanasia and would like to do so in the comfort and privacy of your home, please review the following information and submit our appointment form.
We greatly appreciate you contacting and entrusting Keen Liberty Veterinary Services with the gentle passage of your beloved pet. Our goal is to deliver an individually tailored experience and as such we will do our best to accommodate any additional special requests. We aim to peacefully allow our clients and their loved ones to celebrate the precious last moments with their beloved pet with the dignity and privacy that is deserved during this sensitive time. We will work to expedite review of the submitted request with clinician availability. Doc Jess will contact you to finalize arrangement of services upon the very earliest availability to do so. While we strive to fulfill all requests for same day and urgent services, accommodations remain dependent on appointment and clinician availability.
